Both of these conditions are by your choice.

I have an office job with my schedule being when I get there, I get there and when I leave there, I’ve left.

I don’t know of any “ladies” nationwide who do what I do but I’m sure there a few.

That guy is a lard arse and there is no way of getting around it. There is zero excuse to be that fat. He’s an inconvenience to everyone around him at all times.

There’s putting on 10-20lbs by accident and then getting your shite together, and there is being 100lbs overweight like this fat arse.

Put the cookies down and get a piece of fruit.

You realize there are as many (or more) calories in the fruit as the cookie?

....and I’m still a superior athlete to you.

You reek of self-esteem issues.

I didn't say it was not. Just pointing out that not everyone can "wake up early."

Why are you so concerned about this person that you don’t know?

I reek of self esteem issues yet you’re stating you’re the superior athlete. Mmmkaayyyyy

Maybe you are, maybe you aren’t. Maybe we both suck. But you’re essentially the pot calling the kettle black.

Eating sugar in the form of a cookie or soda is not the same as a piece of fruit on multiple levels. How do adults not know this?

It's the long game. You do all that so hopefully at least one of them will give enough of a shite about you to come visit you in the nursing home.

All of which could very well be true. I know I’ve changed my regimen in the last year and I’ve started focusing on endurance more than strength. I’d rather run, row, ski erg, and concentrate on Olympic lifts than powerlifting. I wanted to slim down even more for hiking and mountaineering.

Stronger is relative to size imo.

As long as people are active that’s all that matters.
