Wendy's used to have an Atlantic Cod sandwich. Not sure if they do anymore but it was top quality and this is from someone who owns a competitor.

Arby’s... if they have it. It is seasonal, usually in winter. A huge hunk of thick filet spilling out of the bun or flatbread.

Out of all the food these places serve, the fish sandwich is probably closest to what you woukd get in a casual dining restaurant.
