I'd like to see some of these big money retailers hire their own security squads that seek reparations on the part of the retailers. Go kick in doors and recover the stolen goods while taking out the trash that stole it. Not for the sake of regaining their goods for retail, just to prevent gain by the criminals and to send a message. Kind of a Pinkertons for the new century.

These people have the maturity of toddlers. They're literally testing the system, seeing what they can get away with and then pushing a little more to see what else they can get away with.
Much like real toddlers, it won't stop until they face consequences, which hasn't happened yet.

This is the problem with letting this happen to begin with, you give an inch, they take a mile.
