Anything but River City. Tried to charge me 10k for a 6k ac.

Ascension Specialist is probably the best I've ever used.

River City's One Hour Air Conditioning and Heating. No matter what issue you are having they will suggest you replace anything in your house associated with the AC

I used Kelly Scott for a while, then River City bought him out. Stuck with them until last summer. I had an outside motor go bad 2 summers ago, so they replaced it. 13 months later it went out again. Instead of them taking the time to figure out what caused the motor to go bad they suggested a new unit. Co-workers recommended Wilkins Services and they were able to find the root cause. Called RC the next day to cancel my maintenance agreement. They didn't even try to fight to keep me.

Just had Montgomery Heating & Air install two new units for me. The price was very competitive and they did the work efficiently and cleanly.

The management checks on our job as his guys were cleaning up.

2252724900 ask for Shawn Montgomery

If Accutemp was the only option we had I would buy a window unit for every room in my house and pay the HOA fines indefinitely before I would let Accutemp anywhere near my house again.

Yes. Terrible. The same iPad, always trying to sell you new systems that cost too much. Sending out young techs who frick things up and the. Blaming your equipment.switched to Temperature Controls and they fixed things that those Accutemp idiots claimed requires new equipment for a few hundred dollars. That was 3 years ago.

SEC still around? I have had good luck with them. Thought I had a bad compressor turned out to be a bad breaker.

Installers were great with a pre-covid installation of a complete unit and rebuilding the attic deck in 1 day.
During last hurricane - technician honest but sloppy having shorted out my Micro-aire and having to replacing it.
During last hurricane - scheduling sucks. They must tell everyone they are the next call.
They are/were partnered with Southern Air and the office tries to sell service contracts like Dream Team or whoever they are now.

Used ClimaServ a while back, and they did a great job. Highly recommend.
