No we didn’t
We voted against giving our idiotic legislature carte blanche to decide what can and can’t be tried in adult court when they never could/would answer what, exactly, they would want to add to the list.
This kid can already be prosecuted as an adult. The fact that some people seem to think that’s what that proposed change would have accomplished shows how silly the propaganda was.
