There is a reason that homeless man is camped out right there.
And yes y’all are suckers for it.
And yes y’all are enablers and reason why homeless don’t try and get their life together.

That’s sweet of your daughter. Perhaps you could use this to teach her that if you subsidize homelessness you will get more of it. 
I saw a bum panhandling in my Old Metairie neighborhood, right at Mulberry and Metairie Road. A soft hearted neighborhood lady had stopped and was giving him money. I laid on the horn for about 5 seconds and motioned angrily at her. Hopefully she will think twice about rewarding bums for camping out in our neighborhood.

True story: My son was around 6 years old we passed a homeless bum panhandling on Essen about 1/4 from OLOL. He literally started crying and begging me to turn around to give the guy something. So, I appealed to his heart and gave the bum a dollar after I turned around twice to get back to him. Fast forward 13 years and he is in college and thinks they should be rounded up by the popo and stuffed into detox tanks. I wonder why the change of heart.

My almost 3 year old asked to go to the bathroom at daycare then actually fricking went. Almost get to have one out of diapers
