The liberals are gonna be saying that this is a violation of the first amendment and that he’s a reporter. I’m not sure he was a reporter because he got up in the face of the preacher. He also said to one of the rioters “thank you for your service“.

You characterizing a thread about a former high profile TV news anchor being arrested as 'political news' bolsters the PT assertion that network anchors are merely political team members.
If some former CNN or NBC anchor had been arrested two or three decades ago, it would not be labeled as political news....it would just be news.
