I don't know if he was involved in the planning, as the person you responded to said, but I do know that he was aware of what the protestors were going to do and deliberately kept his audience in the dark about it. He cut his camera off when the ringleaders gathered to discuss their plan of action, which suggests he knew what was about to go down was potentially illegal.

No doubt he knew what was about to happen. In truth, it’s not a reporters job to alert the public or authorities if something potentially illegal is about to happen. In fact, unless it is something like child abuse they are legally protected when they don’t.

It’s not illegal that he knew about it and reported on it. It is against the law to be a participant in the illegal action.

He actively participated, and even cut off his live streams and stopped videoing to protect key parts of their plan. He is criminally complicit and I hope he does years in prison.
These people blocked people from getting to their children while they terrorized worshipers at a church. Anyone defending any of them is as irredeemable as they are.
