Some guys are cracking the "she found someone else" bit, which could honestly be true. Thankfully it wasn't for me. Regardless, that is completely irrelevant. Now's the time to drink it out for a week or so with the guys, reflect on what you did wrong or didn't do right, and work on yourself. This'll hurt and you're allowed to feel hurt, but better days lie ahead.

Invest in yourself. Spend any free time you have doubling down on your betterment.
Lift weights, read some shite, build a puzzle, bake cookies, travel places, finger girls.
frick it, do whatever the hell crosses your mind.
By this time next year, commit to being the best version of yourself that you've ever been.
Come on here, bump this thread, and tell us all how you made her miserable with your happiness. (This is good motivation at first - eventually you won't give a shite what she's doing and you'll love it.)
