So clueless it’s hilarious. Y’all’s speed limits are like 55 everywhere and every road is extremely narrow it’s a joke.

The legit absolute worst drivers on I-20 E or W from Dallas to Shreveport are black drivers. They will not relinquish the left lane no matter what and 100% of them have (likely expired) Louisiana license plates. It's truly remarkable. They DGAF and haven't in 30 years.

Form of Reparations? Possibly.
