That was becasuse unlike the rest of the movie star crowd. She did not have one ounce of botox, or one stitch of plastic surgery.
She was a real person who aged naturally and looked like a very old woman when she got very old.
She was 91 and natural. She was supposed to look old.

To be completely honest, genetically speaking, there are negatives and positives. I doubt her ideas are based on that, but there are valid arguments against it without being racist.

What did she say that offends you so?
She called some of the inhabitants of Reunion "savages" because of their practice of sacrificing goats, but that's not racist.
