I own a 2006 Dodge 2500 4x4 with 225,000 d on the odometer and the only thing I have had to fix is a fail thermostat and I replaced the front end bushings around 150,000 thats it.
I have a 2014 Ram 1500 with the Laramie package and I love that truck. It is about to roll over the 100,000-mile mark and other than an anti-lock brake control module that I had replaced under warranty Smooth riding, plenty of tech in the cockpit and the Hemi will flat haul arse when I want or need too.
With your lack of interest in the new Rams, I would agree with the posters above that the Tundra is probably the most reliable. I am biased due to having a Ford F150 back in the early 2000s that was a genuine piece of shite. It seemed to stay in the shop more than at home and I hated the ride I kept it for about 2 years and traded it in for the 06 Dodge 2500. I am still gun shy on Fords of any type.
GMCs are a decent truck but are known to have poor reliability but they do have some unique features.
For my money, I would buy a new Ram in a heartbeat but for your question, I think the answer would be the Tundra.

GMC 1500
The GMC is by far the best choice IMO. Full sized GM trucks are very sturdy, and the styling of the latest Sierra is awesome.
You should also look at the Ram. That company has done very well with their pickups lately.

I don't have any interest in the Dodge Ram or Nissan Titan
Titan isn't a bad truck depending on what you're after. Because a lot of people share your opinion on Titan, you can get a relatively good price on them compared to their competitors. If you're looking brand new, the Titan did just get a massive tech update and safety suite standard as well as an update to a 9 speed transmission. Still lags behind Ram and F150 as far as fuel efficiency and creature comforts but for the price difference, something to consider i guess.

Seems like the used truck market has been this way for five years now. Can't imagine how bad it is right now.

It's not your daddy's Ram anymore.
Go drive one OP and i'd be shocked if you walked away not wanting one.
I have a 2018 ecodiesel Ram Laramie. Every person that has stepped foot in my truck is amazed at how nice it is. Every friend that hates Dodge (and i was in this same boat before i bought it) that has stepped in it begrudgingly says "i was wrong about Ram, this is a nice arse truck".
I can easily get 600 miles out of my 24 gallon tank, and that's going 80 the whole time.
Just go drive them all and decide for yourself. WHo cares what other people think.

Holy crap!
When I was looking four years ago for a good lower mile 2 or 3 year old truck, I gave up after several months and just bought a new smaller truck.

Sierra 1500 All Terrain is what I drive, but I’m probably going with the GMC Canyon All Terrain next time around.

Truck are insane about holding their value. I have a 2014 Ram 1500 Limited with 58000 miles on it. The KBB private party value is $25500-28500. The trade in value is $23000.

from that list the tundra is your best buy for longevity and quality
but IMHO buying a 5 yr old used truck will get you the same and cost $10k-$15k less then new
Especially a tundra, since they haven’t changed anything about that truck in the last 15 years

2020 Ram Limited here...never thought if I would have...had it since December and so far I have to say they knocked it out of the park.
Have driven GMC all my life and my 2015 was not the reliability I was accustomed to and Ram just simply left all the others in the dust with the Limited interior.
