Don't know when the model was discontinued but the Mitsubishi Eclipse exceeded expectations mileagewise particularly on the highway. Had it as a rental a few years ago.

I have a '24 Kia Forte GT 6speed manual, 40mpg. I use it when I'm home for grocery runs and doc appts. Paid off, 1750 miles on it.

Civics are stupid crazy now. Looking for daughter and they are selling 3-4 year olds with 35-40k miles for 25-30k

I have a 03 civic 4 door 5speed that I’m considering selling.I think it has 175k miles.
Not pretty , has dents all over it, paint peeling and such. Runs good though.
I was using it as a commuter but now I work from my own shop .
I was planning to clean it up soon and make the call on what I want to do with it.

I have an extra car available if you want clean, cheap cost and reliable. Not stylish though, a 2005 Buick LeSabre LT with only 70K miles, belonged to elderly relative. Very comfy car.

I drive a 14 year old outback POS and wouldn’t trade it in for another commuter. It’s such an ugly POS.
