When we were up in Racine Wisconsin, me, my wife and two other couples climbed to the top of the lighthouse. When we stepped out to walk around the outside near the light, I turned around and walked right back in. My wife made fun of me.

Ok tough guy.

If not. Go frick yourself for acting like this is not a big deal.

What would you have to gain? Risk vs Reward?

I don’t care clipped off or not there are a lot of other things I’d rather spend my time doing other than that.

I wouldn't even walk on the flat ground in China.

This guy gets it.

Most people aren't afraid of heights, they're afraid of falling.

I hate heights but could stare out of an airplane window all day. But outside, where there is almost nothing between you and the fall, even if the odds of falling are low, is a different story.

I did the same thing at the Eiffel Tower this summer. I literally got off the elevator and got back in the line to go back down. It was open air and I could feel it moving. I can at least say I did it. ??

At the beginning the girl says it's 5000 feet in the air and 170 meters long. Not being consistent with imperial vs metric makes me irrationally angry.

You might as well play Russian roulette if you put your life on Chinese engineering and building execution.

I consider myself to be extremely not scared of heights and to be quite a thrillseeker, but seeing how much that ladder wobbled and how thin those planks were, no fvcking way.

And the subtitle said they’d be on the ladder for over 40 minutes. Not even maybe. There will guaranteed be a nightmare scenario of someone freezing in fear and folks getting stuck there for hours. Would be a horror scene. How would you get people off?!?
