Hell I think there are more Catholics in Parkview high school than Baptists.
The more important question here is do they sell beer at their fair? Because I know I can get ripped at the SG, MBS, STM, Mercy and Aloysious Parish fairs.
It just means more.

Why is it awkward? Comparing Catholic to Dominican when it comes to football is silly.
And I’m sure the athlete’s ACT scores are counted in the average.

Where do all the B.R. catholic elementary kids go to high school?
New Orleans doesn’t have an Ascension Parish with good public schools. Their version of that is too far away in St. Tammany.

Why do you think Aaron, Nola, Josh Smith, Clyde Helaire, Emory Jones, are all dumb?
Most of the athletes at Catholic make very good ACT scores

Catholic can’t be that great if all the Catholic school kids don’t go there for high school.
AND Catholic is not in the Catholic league because it’s in loser Baton Rouge

Don’t bother with her. She clearly has something against Catholic and has no clue what she’s talking about
Her husband’s boss is likely a CHS grad and he refuses to promote him to middle management

Catholic has more state titles in the last 5 years than brother Martin has in its existence
If it wouldn't be too much trouble, would you mind listing them? Thanks in advance.

2015, 2021

A couple things - 2015 is outside his five year window and I'm reasonably certain that Catholic has won more than one state championship since 2019-2020.

Honey you are the only one being weird in here
And then it changed to how wonderful Catholic high is
So it’s obviously not that great if parents are choosing BR Magnet or Dutchtown over it.

Catholic is a great school. So are a lot of the other schools mentioned in this thread. You clearly have some weird issue with Catholic. It’s very odd and comes off in a weird way

Another website says:
2015, 2017, 2020 2021, 2023
However:
“in May of 2021. It was determined that Catholic High School's 2017 and 2020 state titles, and the 2018 and 2019 state runner-up titles would be revoked.”
So it’s 2015, 2021, and 2023

If my boys would’ve stayed in Catholic school - they may have gone to Catholic, but we didn’t go that route, so it doesn’t matter now.
They do have some great kids that go there - I just hate the elitist mentality of Catholic school in Baton Rouge. I mean it’s a Catholic school - in NOLA everyone went to Catholic school - nothing elite about it.

Having a hatred for all things Baton Rouge isn’t less strange
And that’s coming from someone who purposefully left BR to raise his family

Ok, I can hate whatever I want,
It’s just weird in Baton Rouge my oldest son is a big kid and when he steps foot into Catholic school in kindergarten, teachers are already asking if he’s going to play football.
Weird football cult.
