I wonder how many of the killers had multiple prior felonies and were given small sentences.
Look at Alton Sterlings rap sheet. He’d still be alive wasting our tax dollars if they’d keep trash like that locked up like they should.

Broome is a black, woman, Democrat so there is no political motivation for her to do better. She is in office until term limits end her reign.
Aside from that, she could rebuild the grammar school and high school age sports facilities and incentivize leaders to teach youth some sense of self-worth.
She could make public examples of drug dealers being arrested.
She could attempt to bring some visage of religion and self back into the school system.
She could back police in their efforts instead of suspending those doing their duties.
Maybe even consider some public executions.
Its not easy but it is doable. Just try, instead of shouting "OMG we have COVID" every day.

For one, have her corrupt judges actually hammer down sentences for criminals and get them off the streets. All they do is slap them on the wrist because of their color and they go right back to what they always do. No consequences.

Not a joke, they change the cause of death. They’ve done it before with other crimes to get the numbers down. I’m sure now if someone is murdered and had Covid, it’s a Covid death now.

None of the homicide victims were determined to be covid. All of them were ruled homicides. While fudging the numbers on crimes happens, murders are murders.

By actually demanding some accountability and responsibility from the criminals and
Communitay from which the criminals originate.
By not eviscerating your police force thru piss poor budgeting and undermining their authority via siding with those who unfairly criticize your police department.
By making crime in shithole, ghetto black neighborhoods where the crime is prevalent a priority for crime prevention.
Just spitballing here, but that might be a start.
