How is this being reflected at the chain steakhouse like Outback?

I guess this is a correlated issue: I get groceries delivered from Kroger around here. There are no physical stores, just a warehouse.
I searched ribeye steak to check cost and many are listed as "unavailable".
Did see one grass fed 10 ounce organic one for $15.99.

People are buying them. That’s the problem. We have an uneducated populace and/or we have enough rich people who don’t care and can support those prices.
The beauty of capitalism is that it gives power to the consumers to make choices based on market prices and wages and personal values. The ugliness of it is that it also requires consumers to know what the frick they’re doing.
