A cop once gave me a breathlyzer in the chikes parking lot because I dropped my key fob opening my door. I wasn't going anywhere, I just needed another pack of cigarettes.
I had somewhere between 14 and 17 imperial pints. Started at 11 am and it was probably 6ish. Didn't blow .08. Thankfully had left actual keys inside and only brought the fob out. Dude was a DICK.
The calculators aren't as accurate when you are above 250lbs. Oddly should have been around .17

What REALLY sucks for him... assuming they live & thus will file for divorce in Maryland... is that Maryland JUST became a no-fault divorce state not even a year & a half ago
See if the family court judge does the right thing & actually takes into account that she cheated on him when it comes to all the splitting of assets, alimony, & stuff like that
