sounds like she needs some tough love, unfortunately.
Rolling the dice with the tough love suggestion when her brain chemistry is so out of whack.
I would be at an Al-Anon meeting in the next hour. And checking out Palmetto outside of Rayville.

WELLBUTRIN XL® (bupropion hydrochloride extended-release tablets) is a prescription medicine used to treat adults with a certain type of depression called major depressive disorder, and for the prevention of autumn-winter seasonal depression (seasonal affective disorder).
They’ll fricking make anything these days.

My father didn’t realize he had more than just a “problem with Jack” and I didn’t even realize I had a problem with drugs/alcohol until I was in recovery.
There is a time for tough love. Now is not that time. It may well work, but I wouldn’t gamble with that.
This is first hand knowledge-A young woman was cut off from her family and basically became a prostitute/victim of human trafficking. This from a very upper class family in a very rich area. She’s clean now and in the program, but how far your own daughter’s rock bottom is-isn’t truly known at the moment.
Trust me-it can get much, much worse. I would also be surprised if she said “Hey dad, I have a problem, I need help. I’m willing.” If it were only that easy.
You are powerless over this situation. Pray. And get to Al-Anon. Godspeed!

Prayers to you
Just keep loving and hoping but take action and get her into rehab
Also you and your WIFE must see a professional that talk you through the best way to handle
Godspeed

If she's bipolar then some psychotropic drugs can amplify that so look into it.
There are different types of bipolar. The wrong meds can make someone suicidal.
I had an extended relative that went through that. They ended up being prescribed lamictal and extended release lithium, which seems to work okay.
As for right now, if she is acting in an uncontrollable manner, I believe that you can call the Coroner’s office. Iirc, they can place her in care for 72 hours. It may give you time to get your plan in place.
A rehab center seems like a wise move, however, she is going to have to figure out a way to be productive in life. That means coming to grips with her reality.
They said that they have a “work book” that helped them out tremendously. I’ll see if I can get the name of it. They swear by it.
Good luck amigo.
ETA - The name of that “workbook” is a mouthful. They also said that she should wait until she is in a better place, and wants to understand / address her bipolar disorder. They said it is enlightening, but also tough to read because when things click, it makes you realize how out of sorts your life has been. In short, they said it’s not just a mirror, but an emotional crawl down memory lane.
They said to buckle up, because it’s going to be tough, and isn’t an overnight fix.
Here is the book:

Again…good luck amigo.

There's the one in Northeast Louisiana. Near Rayville I think I just know my buddy went there to get cleaned up.

Theres a ton in NELA. I’d recommend Lincoln Nova in Ruston, the best rehab imo
Edit: not saying OPs daughter needs it. A 19 year old getting drunk and snorting stuff doesn’t mean she needs rehab

Yep, I’m looking at some Al Anon groups in Lexington. One meets tomorrow night at 6. Monday I’m gonna really push for a rehab stay.
In the meantime, lots of prayers and a Rosary or two.
