They need to setup a DUI checkpoint in front of the restaurant during peak hours.

Kinda like whether or not you should have to bake a cake for a gay wedding...

How is this not the same type of discrimination the cake shop owners were accused of a year or so ago?
Because Colorado has a law saying uR discriminate people based on sexual orientation.
There is no law saying no discrimination based on being a police officer

What do you call a society that turns it's back on every thing productive and practical then embraces perversion and destructive?
History?
History?

I bet the owner of this restaurant doesn't feel the same about bakers not making wedding cakes for queers.

Send the health inspector there. Daily for a while and see if there is a reason he doesn't want officials there.

I'd put money on the restaurant being a buffet and the cops coming in and using it as their own personal saloon while on the clock.

1. ALL the cops start eating lunch there more often
They're not going to do that. Are you going to eat at a place where you're not wanted? There's not telling what they'll put in your food.

2. File the lawsuit
They should do this, and put the proceeds into the fund that helps police widows and orphans.

Still don't understand why they don't sell a groom+bride set for the top of the cake and charge $1,000 for additional sets. That would probably turn away anyone needing 2 grooms or brides.

There's absolutely no information you have that would make that a well-informed bet.
Why is everyone wanting to continue a poliicy of shitty prosecution and restrictions on personal liberties? Seriously, I'm against the gay cake baker getting trashed and now I'm against this guy getting trashed; you goons shouting "WE KIN DO IT TOO NOW" wish to be just as tyrannically imposing as the Obama DOJ.

Once I catch a lie in an article I don't know how much of the rest is true. This article said the deputies were heading to the register to pay.
Everyone knows that LEO's don't pay when eating in uniform. They still tip though.
This town has a little more than 10k people. Taking a step like this that is offensive to many is the equivalent of closing down for good.
I hear the logging industry is always hiring up there.
