They aren't booking any misdemeanors into EBRPP thanks to COVID. All they can do is issue a summons to the beggars. With no ID that's a literal waste of time and the bums all realize it at this point. Police and Deputies are handcuffed at this time.

That's what I can't figure out. Trashy arse Mayor incorporated the business corridor into the city so she can collect taxes yet BRPD refuses to patrol the area. The Sheriff should refuse to patrol it and make the bitch work that area.
