Just look at the giant steps built and you will have your answer. Add to that trees that were miles tall

When I was a kid in Bible study I formed a personal opinion that the Bible stories were true in some places, but were in large part likely allegories to explain certain moral points.
Over the decades, however, much of the Bible stories that sound outrageous (Jericho, for example) and other ancient tales (Troy, some of Homer, etc.) have been validated.
So, yeah, I do believe a man named David killed a giant named Goliath.

I learned all about giants on earth when I was looking up vagina caves on YouTube.

I would never go into a tight cave like that, especially if it were underwater. Shivers me timbers just thinking about being caught in a tight space like that.
Also not ok are deep waters, great heights, and quicksand lol.

You actually believe that bullshite?
Nobody knows anything. What’s interesting though is the same people that believe the Son of God was birthed through a Virgin, traditionally don’t want to have a conversation about giants. (Genesis 6 Numbers 13:33)
This rock we are sitting on is beyond our understanding old. No telling what’s happened or been here.

Did I miss something important?
Didn't realize so many people believe in giants. Anyone have any legitimate archeological sources?

Listen, religion is a fallacy. Everyone that believes in it makes up their own shite that benefits them. Its like power of prayer. If prayer really works? Why are we still doing it?
Now David and Goliath, might be possible back then, man beat a beast. I don’t think humans were giants. But some resemblance to humans

No. But we aren’t really looking either. 5% of the ocean has been explored. The Sahara Desert, which was forest 5000 years ago, hasn’t been touched. There are cities beneath the Amazon canopy that aren’t being explored. Gobekli Tepe excavation has been stopped (only 5%)….they want to save it for future generations to explore. Just an interesting conversation. I personally think there are all sorts of things out there yet to be found.

Lol, obviously not

Anyone have any legitimate archeological sources?
Look up Roger Spurr or mudfossil university.

They were destroyed in the great flood
True. Then they show up again post-flood in Numbers 13 which would point to that lowercase, sons of God, were fallen angels and supernatural.
They were eventually exterminated.
some believe Goliath was 6’6” and not over 9” but I dont have the source for that handy. I hold to the belief of almost 10’ when the other measurements of size of armor etc add up.
My takeover and application: why did David take 5 stones for the one giant?….G had brothers….
Always take an extra mag my CC bros!

non-biblical histories accounts talk about giants. Abe Lincoln spoke about them when he saw Niagara Falls.

The information we are just now getting about the Denisovans is interesting. We know now from DNA evidence that Homo Sapiens interbred with Neanderthals and Denisovans, who also interbred with each other.
The currently think the Denisovans lived until about 25,000 years ago, which is well into the realm of human oral history. Also, Denisovans are still very much unknown in terms of there morphology, but early estimates show they were very tall.
It’s just a theory but it has some evidence that fit the Biblical narratives.
