If you notice it, it's not good. The really good plastic surgery is unnoticed.

It makes women look absolutely terrible. But they'll never listen to us about it, no matter how many times we point this out.

A couple of things.
First, you look different to yourself in the mirror than you look like to other people.
Second, it’s a slippery slope. One day you’re smoothing out a few wrinkles and a few years later you look like you were stung in the face.
Because if #1 you don’t notice #2…but everyone else does. You see some of the pictures of these celebrities and wonder how they even leave their house looking like that.

interested thing is that he had wrinkles on his forehead when he had hair, but no hair and the wrinkles are gone. I wonder why?
Are you that stupid?
Second pic he's obviously raising his eyebrows which causes forehead "wrinkles"... That's actually skin folds...
First pic, he's squinting his eyes... Therefore no "wrinkles"..

Going under the knife for a major procedure usually provides a manufactured result.
The office visits with botox, light therapy, and all those tools to clean up your skin looks great and natural. The people I know who do that look great.

The girl from Dirty Dancing looked way better after her nose job. But I agree that it usually is for the worse.
It’s ruined her iconic smile

Well, there are so many cases where it looks SO un-human, unnatural, weird that:
1) It ain't worth taking the chance of looking like an escaped gargoyle. And with that same cosmetic/fake mentality, you will almost always see that frozen face backed up with a "pushed/overdone" outfit, shoes, purse, "perfect" hair, gaudy accessories
2) And because of the risk of #1 - you got to be especially insecure, plastic to still go through with it. And if it goes bad, which I think is FAR more common than some here have suggested, their insecurity will be unbearable.
3) Not exactly sure of the Costs $$$. But I can pretty confidently guess that it's BIG. Some can afford it, most can not. Totally unnecessary, Super Vain.
I'll end with this. I do not believe all the claims of... "You would not believe how many people walking around everywhere that have/are doing it"! The reality/truth is probably a VERY SMALL %! However, with women being the VAST majority of the customer base, who are often quite vain, irrational & crazy, it could likely be substantial. If you're a man, its moot to speculate the % or amount, for we will never know, despite us paying for it.
And I'll make another almost certain guess: The ones claiming, assuring us that: "Oh, you'd be surprised just how many people have done/do it".... are almost all (98%+) Women!
