Mix, it appears it has some pit, bit will probably end up being the best dog you will ever have. Many recue dogs are.

Tri color markings are common in a few dogs. Rotweilers, Dobermans, miniature pinchers, Australian shepards, chiauahs.

Those "dots" mean the dog is either at/at or at/a at the A locus....common in many many breeds that are not terriers including lots of hounds, lots of herding breeds.
