Don't underestimate American creativity: Barbie doll x Van Gogh's Starry Night

The Museum of Modern Art has the original Starry, Starry Night, and someone got an inspiration.
Then they though Barbie doll? Mattel got involved and made the doll and it's for sale at a hefty price.

In a more oppressive world, something like this might be imagined, but it probably would not be produced much less sold at a major museum to collectors.

I’ve seen it. I like the Olive Tree painting next to it better. It kind of gets ignored though next to it.

I've yet to visit a major museum that didn't have something like this in their shop on site.
When we went to the Biltmore, the Chihuly stuff they had in their store while the exhibit there was overpriced as well.
