Sideline reporters are the biggest annoyance in sports. They serve absolutely no purpose. The only reason for them is so mungs like us will tune in and say durn she shore is purty.
This is why I love Premier League. Announcers are smart and don’t speak in hyperbole. And they actually let there be dead air. No cheerleaders, no halftime shows or any of that stupid American crap.
