Definitely a RecTec. Their customer service is the best of any company I’ve ever experienced. It’s an awesome grill too.

You have to be dedicated. I had grills and smokers, all used the whole year. By dedicated…..when I lived in Cheyenne, 10 below, grill fired up and burgers or steaks on the grill.
Neighbors would watch through their windows. “Can we come over and use your grill?” “Just finished, all yours.”
That’s dedicated at 10 below

I’ve got one, has been at my grandmas since Ida. Need to go get it. I bet it would fire right up without issue and hold temp for 20 hours. I’m sure others making solid ones, and there are certainly better bargains, but it is a well built piece of equipment, have provided support when I needed it, replaced a ripped cover (was too small and ripped when putting it on) - I recommend this product.

If you have the 590 remove the slanted SS grease tray under the grate and fully cover in tin foil it will make clean up so easy. Also get a small vacuum and clean out the ash in the burner cup after long cooks like briskets and butts
