I see these idiots all the time in Atlanta and in Orlando.
Often, it's a hoard of people doing stupid shiat. We had a group of morons pass us in between vehicles while doing wheelies just in the past few weeks.
We were down in Orlando the other day, and at least 50, maybe as many as 100 idiots on motorcycles, 4 wheelers, and even 3 wheelers were tearing around the area doing wheelies, donuts, and racing in the street! And cops just watched.
Huge problem with this in ATL. Can't believe I haven't witnessed a death yet.

I used to live in Fort Lauderdale and would routinely be on the road at 2-3am to pick up one of my buddies that thought you weren't supposed to leave the bar until it was closing. It was pretty routine to see groups of people on motorcycles this time of the morning that thought they owned the interstate. I think Larry would likely change one of his favorite lines if he were still with us today. He would say, "Best idea? Neck tattoo. Worst idea? Neck tattoo." He'd probably swap in standing on a motorcycle if he had survived.
