You can just admit you are wrong. The next part of the statute you partially posted even says consanguinity is required. Should I post the definition of that word for yo

I asked you a specific question. You clearly haven’t.

But continue to deflect.

I don't have to look up what incest is. I have seen the statutes in several states. We are discussing a case with allegations of incest in Louisiana. Please tell me how molesting the step sister of your wife qualifies

I, for one, am shocked

It seemed like he ran a clean house and up there and I never heard anything that would call his character into question

Same as to Walter Reed. The only people I have ever heard complain about either Strain or Reed fall into one of two categories:

1) Transplants who just whine about the "good ole boys" ad nauseum for no apparent reason, and

2) Frickups. I have never met anyone who paid a price on account of Strain or Reed who didn't have it coming to them, including myself.

That being said, if the guy is raping kids and stuff.....

Seems par for the course for St. Tammany Officials!

Man, what is the deal with St. Tammany/Northshore officials?? They are making New Orleans officials seem tame.

This case took a really dark turn and they must have some strong evidence because they said the postal service was involved with this investigation. He's about to get his.

Is he the one whose wife was shot or was that someone else over there? Seems like there was a long thread here about it.

From what Ive heard about this dude, is he is far from credible.

Finn got a lot of special favors from Strain. Make of that what you will.

That whole Strain family seems rotten to me. Bill Strain was a State Rep or something back in the late 1980s and he fought mightily to turn St. Tammany into a toxic dumping ground.

There were enough local yokels who thought they'd get dump jobs that he won more than one election. Dude croaked at around age 55 so his glorious megadump never came to be.

It's a typical Louisiana mentality. A lot of people there would line up for the chance to wield pitchforks at $18 / hour if Satan himself decided to build Hell there.

You’re thinking of the Fire Chiefs wife, Nanette Krentel who was shot to death inside the family home and the home was set ablaze. The Chief was under investigation, but inevitably cleared.

I'm sure the chief is looking for the real killer though.

Some folks might say the poster really means "eventually"
Those folks are not from Louisiana.

A lot of the homies doing time are there because of Jack Strain. Sure they'll be happy to see him

To be fair to Florida, St. Tammany is one of the Florida Parishes. Just living up to its roots.

Ha... he can now escape from his own jail like everyone else did during his years as Sheriff.
