Is there a strategy where you can stay in a casino for weeks at a time playing cards or slots & actually make money?
No. Every game in the casino has a built in house advantage.
Blackjack has the best odds in the casino IF you play perfect strategy. The problem is, most people do not play perfect strategy. It's house advantage is only 0.5%.

"Parlay" is French for "I have a gambling problem"

No, but if you want to go drink for free you can do that easily. I went watch a game and sat the bar and played video roulette. I placed even bets on red and black. Zero dollars lost and free beer while I watched the games.

There was a roulette strategy I watched on YT that seemed a no-lose proposition, involving betting on red (2:1 pay out) and a certain section of higher odd numbers every roll no matter what.
He demonstrated it on an online table and after about 50 spins over 15 mins, the dude was up by almost $2k. He showed spreadsheets where he made $150k in the past month.
So I went to try it at the casino, and after about 12 spins in a turtle-paced 2 hours (due to a crowded table involving chip buys, bets, spins, payouts, and dealer rotations), I was only up by $10, and slowly realized this strategy would take 24 hrs & shitload of endurance to make any significant gains. Now I realize it was definitely a strategy for lightning fast spins on online tables, not real tables.

Martingale Method. As long as you have a big bankroll and a casino willing to raise limits, you’ll have to run into really bad luck to lose everything...but it’s still possible.

I used to play Blackjack consistently years ago and studied enough to be an advantage player.
Here’s what you need to know:
Yes, Blackjack can be beaten consistently by a skilled player with a large bankroll who is playing at a favorable table.
Skilled player:
1. Knows basic strategy without any thought and can make minor adjustments to it based on the count.
2. Can count through multiple decks effortlessly (not as hard as it’s made out to be in movies).
3. Knows how to fluctuate his wager according to the count. The card counter wins by “manipulating the scoreboard,” not by winning the most hands.
4. Plays like a machine. There’s no “gut feeling,” only numbers.
Bankroll:
1. To count cards long term you would need many thousands of dollars (I would say 100K minimum) to give you some cushion against early bad luck and to give you the betting ramp (the difference in your minimum and maximum bet) needed to overtake the house edge.
Table Rules:
1. The lower the table minimum the better. You don’t want to give the casino anymore money than you have to during a poor count, and it gives you a larger betting ramp.
2. The fewer decks the better. Fewer cards means the count will be more sensitive to change, which is what you want. Ideally, the count should go back and forth from positive to negative with every hand. Avoid large shoes and never play continuous shuffle machines.
3. 3/2 Blackjack is a must along with other standard rules.
If you’re a good counter and play the game to its maximum effect you will be identified quickly. That’s why a lot of players try to camouflage their counting but this cuts into your already small advantage.
In a perfect world with an unlimited bankroll and no chance of being banned a card counter would play nothing but the table minimum or maximum.

If there were such a thing as a no lose strategy, eventually everyone would figure it out and there would be no casinos.

Theoretically, if you could afford to double down on a loss every time. Then resort back to your initial bet amount and restart while bankrolling each win and staying at that same initial bet - long term you would continuously make money.
This would seem to work best at roulette going red vs. black but would be impacted by table max, your bankroll, etc.
You could also do it with sports betting I suppose.
Example:
Bet 1: $1, Win
Bet 2: $1, Loss
Bet 3: $2, Loss
Bet 4: $4, Loss
Bet 5: $8, Loss
Bet 6: $16, Win - you have now won $1 in this sequence and then go restart back at your original bet
Bet 7: $1, Win
Bet 8: $1, Win
Bet 9: $1, Loss
Bet 10: $2, Loss - and so forth till you get a win in this sequence.
Obviously if you have the money to afford to do this, then you probably don't care to risk so much for minor gains. After like 10 or 11 iterations, you would be risking $1,024 in order to get back to + $1 for a sequence.

When I first turned 21 I went to the casino in Baton Rouge for a few weeks playing the Martingale system, and it worked... until it didn’t.

Then have the brains to walk away....Most gamblers do not have this ability.
I had a roommate at LSU that had a bit of a gambling problem. He only played blackjack. He tracked the time he went, the dealer, and i am sure a few other things. He also started with $40.00 each day.
What he would do id walk out as soon as he doubled his money, or lost the $40. But over time he found that about 80% chance of doubling his money before he reached zero.

Yes
Roulette. You need fo start with about $100 though. Get $1 chips and put $1 on 22-25 individual numbers. You only win about $13 but the last time I did this, I played for about 4 hours and won $100

Best casino odds are usually craps if know how to bet. The system or strategy is in the method of betting, but you must have a big bank roll to keep doubling down until you're back up again.

The Pass Line Odds bet in craps is the only bet in the casino with no house advantage.

If you are just sitting in a casino playing blackjack and winning nonstop you are going to get kicked out eventually

1) Make friends with a high roller (Harrah’s 7 Stars players get huge cash rebates). Offer to pay less than face value for free play slot tickets.
2) Use some “free play” tickets in a high denomination slot (payout percentages for $5 denom and higher is 95-99% payback depending on which state you play in).
3) Profit

Well hell yeah it's easy to win money if you ignore all the times you lost before.

Craps.
You need a table with low pass line minimum and high odds limit. And you need a huge wad.
If you play right, the house edge is small. You can get it to approach zero with high enough odds. (It will never be zero).
You can stretch it out. But the house has unlimited time and unlimited funds. You can’t win.

I think the odds bet on your number after a come bet is even money as well.

There was a strategy in roulette that we used to use, but it was totally dependent on the dealer. You would try to find a dealer who almost became mechanical in their actions as far as how hard they rolled the ball and the time between when they picked the ball up and actually rolled it.
You would bet a third of the wheel (all the numbers next to each other like a piece of pie) over and over again once you found this pattern. It worked in theory, but was extremely hard to find a dealer that would last long enough to get their rhythm down.
We won a couple times with it, but we also did a lot of sitting and watching to make sure they were falling into the pattern. I can imagine the cameras watched us pretty heavily as we stalked the wheels looking for the right opportunity, so the casino probably catches on pretty quickly if the dealer falls into a pattern.
