Evidently the school, nor anyone responsible for her has done anything to stop this.

I could understand if the kid or his bro posted this video...but the mom? Seriously? I didn't see anything in there that couldn't have been addressed by the mom coaching her kid to better deal with the situation. I don't think it's appropriate to post videos of kids doing things that kids do on facebook, legal or not.
If someone was physically hurt, then send the video to the police. He got tackled and called names. Boo hoo. Can you imagine the shite he is getting at school right now because of his mom doing this? He's probably going to be subject to MORE bullying by MORE people.

Comments in the video state that the boy himself is an actual bully at the school as well and seems to be getting a taste of his own medicine. I probably wouldn't have hit the little bitch but when she hip tossed ole boy, i would have used the bitch like a post hole digger!

In a way, yes he did. I thought he could have handled it better. There are ways to defend yourself that don't involve hitting the other person, if he's against hitting a girl.
