Labor Day. Good name for chain-sawing a small downed tree and torching by burn pile of assorted limbs, bush clippings and other debris. Geez. I'm starting to sweat already and I'm still inside and having my COC#2.

I’ve eaten so much crap food the last few days and had plenty of adult beverages, it’s time to clean up and feel better.
Damn heartburn last night laughed at Tums and almost defeated the Apple Cider Vinegar shots. Burgers, key lime pie, Pettitfors, chili Rellanos, Bloody Mary’s, lasagna, chips, dips, red wine.
It’s just time to make a change and get that BMI back down to the low 30’s.

Morning. Great day yesterday- friends- food- family- faceplant ( LSU ) . On tap-at noon-a 5 mile walk around the lakes with daughter and sorority sisters and then back around 2 to do yard work and plan my industry takeover.
