Morning all. Going to the coast today to get some shopping done before heading into the hospital in a few days. Gotta stock up on some books to read while I'm in there, I've decided I'll take a little break from social media while everything is going on, then I'll strut back in like Ric Flair when it's over and I get home.

Actually it is bounded by the Sanctuary and the GOM. Unfortunately it is not open to the public.The Audubon Society has owned it about 100 years.

The Cheniere itself is owned mostly by a family from those parts,I’m lucky enough to go as a guest. They used to raise cattle there.

Google it there is a bunch of pictures from the old days. There was a community and spa hotel there. People went to take mud baths on the GOM. They have some 2500 year old Live Oaks on the ridge.
