Looks like a parachute flare to me. The apparent speed is due to the parallax effect. Who shoots missles at flares on purpose unless to track or test heat seeking capabilities?

Why are people saying the ufo was damaged? No one can tell if that’s ufo parts or missile parts falling off after impact.

I'm about 95% convinced this was a hellfire fired at a balloon. This whole thing is just another willful distraction from addressing the Epstein Files and protecting a bunch of rich pedophiles, one of which is likely the sitting President.
