Remember before the Ritalin & Adderall Gens arrived, when HGTV showed million dollar estates not tacky fixer competitions on a dime shows..
When Biography Channel was exactly that, when Foodtv was about pro chefs showing how to cook & not kooky amateurs or pros doing speed competitions of F'ed up limited weird ingredients..
MTV showed videos and concerts not trashy teen dramas, when Friday night meant 20/20 or Dateline and not virtue signaling 'What Would You Do', when ESPN was exactly about the games pre & postgame coverage and not about the player's manginas..
I remember.

They got bigger stuff goin on than some cheesy fake reality show. Big bucks being made by them. Gotta respect it.

Heard they'll serve shiplap at the retirement party.

Ugh. They are so dull.
I feel like I’m the only person who dislikes them, though

They’re singlehandedly transforming Waco into a destination city.

Which is amazing because outside of Baylor, it was known as the place where cults go to get massacred by the government.

Classic “leave em still wanting more”. That couple is insanely wealthy now. They’ve single handedly made Waco frickING Texas a tourist spot. With their damned ship lap shrine “Magnolia”. Every woman of certain ages gets moist and drags their husbands to Waco. To drink Texas wine and look at HGTV shite.
My wife has mentioned going. I fear that my eyes will roll so far back into my skull that they will remain there. It’s madness, but more power to them.

Good for Chip and Joanna. They used the show to become successful and now can focus on other projects that will allow for them to spend more time with their kids.
Yeah, they're not done. They're launching their own network. This has been known.
Magnolia Network

Although I do agree with you about MTV. I don’t think there’s anyone over the age of 35 that doesn’t.

God I hate that ship lap, hospital look. The wife and I were looking at RVs she hated everything. I told here she only wanted WWJGD (What Would Joanna Gains Do) design. I am not going to say she was mad at me, but she was mad at me for a while!

Don’t care, Chip’s antics gets old. Prefer Ben and Erin, “Home Town” takes place in Laurel MS.

Farmhouse chic is done, it’s gone the way of dark granite, travertine bathrooms and aged bronze

I have an unexplained attraction to Hillary on Love It Or List It. I was floored when I discovered she's 70 years old.
