I wonder if his "O-T Lounge" posting privileges are going to be suspended now that he's one of the poors.

I'm guessing that the OP was saying that he still has enough money to do what Bezos is doing but the OP would have to clarify.

Mark shite his bed and now he has to lay in it. You censor and encourage your users to not participate, which is the core of your business, this is what happens.

Always amazes me how a guy this rich doesn’t step away and live the rest of his life in lavish retirement mode.

It's not about the money, but the control. Watch The Social Network. Money didn't mean crap to him. He liked the power. He was offered a big paycheck from Microsoft for a music program he created and he said no and went to college.

Exactly. I never understood mentally disturbed people like this. Another perfect example was Saddam. How many palaces did he have? Untold wealth. Could have kept to himself, not invade Kuwait, etc. Yet his mental illness took over and he wound up having to hide like a fricking mole in a filthy ditch and then got his arse hung.

I guess my point went over everyone's head. Billionaires are still billionaires and can do what they want.

Power is more valuable than money.

Why do you think politicians spend millions on a campaigns to win a seat that pays very little (compared to the campaign budgets)?
