Never know if it’s legit but the guy allegedly was IDed and talked about having some disorders, and that the customer spent a good bit of time berating him prior.
Front line customer service at a select serve hotel where he may be alone with guest issues probably is not his ideal job.... but taunting him while he’s clearly having a major episode is both asking for trouble and also just plain sad.

And for the record, mental health issues can be completely separate / different from someone with say autism, etc. They can manifest themselves in similar ways, but are different. Anxiety, OCD, etc. can cause an individual to have these "episodes". Unfortunately, I've seen it first hand.. and it's sad. frick the guy filming that.
