I ran 10 miles without stopping about 2 mos ago. Took me 2 1/2 hrs because I'm very slow but I just wanted to see if I could do it.

Are we going by the Runner World’s definition of a jog being anything over a ten minute mile?

I could do 26.2 and have the t shirt to prove it.

I did 20 miles yesterday. I'm planning to do a 50K (31 mi) in October. I can go far, but I'm slow: ~11 min/mile or so for those kind of distances.

Life or death?

I could probably make it 40 miles before my legs would give out. I could maybe push 50 with my life being on the line.

I'll set the bar at .012 miles. There. Not dead.

I live to not jog another day

I have no idea. I run/jog two miles a day/14 a week but stop at 2 or 2.25 always.

Will it be a quick death? If so, just take me out. I can't stand running. Can we do a bike ride instead?

If it’s life or death I’m not running at a reasonable pace

I run the equivalent of a 5k , three or four times a week.. dont be impressed, that’s only about 3 miles.. but i have no idea how far i could run, if pressed.. i’ve never gone as far as i can without stopping, simply because i try to avoid burnout and injury.. i think i once ran 6 miles years ago in college, and it wasnt very difficult.. so i’ll say i could probably make it 12 or 15 miles hypothetically .. purely a guess though.

Is that a hard or soft "J" in jog. Either way, about 350 feet...maybe.
