My daughter is 1.5 years old. I hope to hold off my wife's "baby fever" for another 2 years or so

this is the exact plot of an episode of American Dad

Not gonna lie. This crossed my mind when she started her campaign for #3

Having just had mine done, I realize how difficult that would have been to pull off.

I don't know how old you are but take my advice and don't wait too long. You don't want to be that guy at the 4 yr old soccer game who everyone thinks is there to watch their grand kid.

That's what I thought for a long time until the day of the 2007 Iron Bowl.

I'm 30

I don't think a 33 year old is too old to have a kid. I plan to keep myself in shape.

16 months apart. It's hard at times but we've gotten use to being in baby mode.

My first is 15 months old right now. No way I could even think about handling another right now. Probably will wait another year before we start trying to have one on purpose again.

I felt like I wanted to start on the second when my son was 3 months. He is now 5 months and I now feel completely different. The reality starts to set in about what having a child is like (it's great but life is different let's face it). So so sooooooo glad I didn't get pregnant!

Not yet, but knowing her, how she was raised, I can't imagine her accepting not being to have a child with her husband. We will try for another six months or so and then go see a doctor to verify my suspicions.

yep, my daughters are 20 months apart (2.5 and 8 months).

We had just started to forget about he insomnia and constant attention babies need when the little one arrived.

Now I get excited when I get 5 hours sleep in a row.
