According to what I have heard from multiple sources in Tallulah both black and white and are all based on rumors (which are usually false). This has been an ongoing thing about people parking in the streets and RF has previously confronted the individuals involved and used the N word. That is the justification that Buster McCoy’s joke of a law enforcement officer is using to charge as a hate crime.
