Never understood the social aspect. People really care if you are putting a glass or bottle to your mouth? They don’t have more important shite to worry about? If me not drinking bothers people they should really seek therapy for their childhood trauma

That’s a psyop from foreign adversaries who own that aggregator channels. The best way to manipulate someone’s mind is to apply pressure/suggestion while experiencing a dopamine hit.
Further destabilization of our fading value system.

Porn feeds the dopamine receptors in your brain. You can 100% become addicted to it. The withdrawals can be similar. The other unspoken danger of it is sexual desensitization (just like srug desensitization.)

The people saying it’s 2-3 minutes then they are back to clarity as if it’s harmless have clearly never tried to quit. Use your imagination like a man if you really gotta do it.

Thank you for this, Lane.

One day you’re just looking at the Sears catalog underwear section and late night scrambled channels and next thing you know you’re watching a chick get 3 fists in her arse and 5 guys peeing on her.
Porn. Not even once

After over a decade of drinking every night, or all day weekends, im taking steps towards quitting. I didnt drink last wednesday, Thursday, or friday. I planned to only drink saturday.
Now im going saturday to saturday, so far no problems and i know im going to be fine.
The next step is two weeks. My first weekend without alcohol. Im going to go get some live crawfish, sausage, and corn and just do a nice basic boil with lots of spice and just spend my night eating them the way i like, a little overdone and extra spice/flavor.
After that ill do 2 weeks, 3, 4, not sure. Im taking steps and its working. My wife is thrilled, my weight is alreadt down 10 lbs, im out in the yard getting shite done that ive put off, got my garage cleaned out and looking awesome (took 3 damn hours). Im proud of myself and sos my wife.
Take steps, thats whats working for me. Thats whats always worked for me, losing 100+ lbs, quitting marijuana, etc. Im hoping this is my final battle and i live a long healthy life for my kids, wife, and eventual grand kids.
