Much of this fraudulent money was allegedly being funneled back into Somalia which is a failed country that is “Ranked #1 Worst Country in the World on failed state index last year; Al Aqeda militia controls large parts of the country; 95% of girls aged 4 to 11 in Somalia face genital mutilation.” and seems to be constantly at war with itself.
Yet Somalia will be the President of the UN Security Council for the month of Jan 2026. Not the worthless UN general assembly but the Security Council. It’s mostly ceremonial; but the president does set agenda, preside over sessions, and control debate in those sessions. Why do so many failed countries and human rights violators have sang sway in the UN? I wonder if the guy will try to bring up the “mistreatment” of his people in Minnesota. He should take the all back.
The world gets worse as more countries like Somalia are given any kind of influence in the UN.

Americans should be disgusted and pissed. None of us should file a tax return, they are stealing from us. But we will stay quiet and do as we are told and file and pay our additional taxes to fund the Democrat fraud.

It's not just Minnesota. It's nationwide. Republican and Democrat governors have the problem. It's almost as though Medicaid in particular begs and encourages fraud.
In Louisiana, back in the early to mid 90's the was disproportionate share for adolescent psychiatric care that the State was encouraging and people were taking advantage of it. It was very profitable and then it got exposed. But it wasn't illegal, and they really were housing troubled kids who were adjudicated to them. But the providers were being paid 4 to 1
