If you say something and she says something against it and then you reply and then she says something else.. The best thing to do is say "Okay... You right".. But in a sort of sarcastic way.
It drives them absolutely insane, but there is nothing they can say. Its pretty much telling them "you are wrong but I am just going to tell you what you want to hear because I am not going to argue about stupid shite".
But to answer the question. I don't think these two examples makes her a pathological liar.

It’s actually been shown that fat people have poor reasoning skills compared to thin people because of reduced blood flow to the brain. Your wife could tell you that.
