That was the same guy the reporter off scene relays in and asks of the on site reporter, "Please tell us what happened?! The young man almost run over by that humvee?!"
They switch to on site reporter, almost shaking his head and says something along the lines of Um no, he wasn't even close to being hit and then proceeds to explain that he was throwing bottles and telling police to go home.

I think I read he is a Catholic High Baton Rouge grad on scholarship at Tulane.

Sources allege that Gray also attempted to refinance his structured settlement into one lump sum payment through Peachtree Funding.
If this is true, then it is possible that Gray’s spinal injury resulting from his encounter with the Baltimore Police was not the result of rough-handling or abuse, but rather a freak accident that occurred when Gray should have been at home resting, not selling drugs."

Ferguson was pretty funny. Like I said earlier, there were some thugs (Obama's words, not mine) but the thugs were not angry and just clowning. A bunch of SJWs, dirty hippies and a few others got in a line and linked arms to march down the street to where the cops were set up. When they got down there a cop on a speaker told them to carry their arse and they scattered like roaches back to their cars and GTFO.
