Is overrated? Don't you have to be rated in the first place to be overrated?

Austin: nice town with lots of amenities but full of awful people.

Huh? I found this to be the exact opposite when I moved here from Baton Rouge. I thought it was strange how nice everybody was. My first time buying groceries, the cashier was asking me about my day and carrying on almost to the point that I thought they were fricking with me. Even the people at fast food restaurants are polite. I always think how different it is to the rude people I encounter in Baton Rouge.

Especially Portland. I don't get why it has such a great reputation.

San Francisco sucks. People take shits in the street. That's fricking disgusting.

New Orleans is overrated. Good food, but the place is a dump. You might have fun, or you might get a disease or get robbed.

Miami is the worst, unless you're Tony Montana.

Yeah, when I'm in Colorado I don't really want to be in a big metropolis.

Portland was fun to walk around and drink beer in?

In my experience any city is "overrated" if you spend more than three days there and don't have a personal connection to it. At the end of the day it's just a pile of buildings and people you don't know.

I agree and I actually like hiking. Just not a big fan of it in the desert.

Phoenix is just sprawling blah, to boot.
