It sounds like the family is in trouble financially.
Hard to believe for an actor. I really hope some of his Dawsons Creek cast including Tom Cruises ex wife make this family as whole as possible again- she can afford to do it

That's too young to have colon cancer.

For a second I was happy because I read it as the guy that killed Nataly Holloway.

There’s nothing gay about getting a colonoscopy. Unless you’re doing it for fun. Get scoped.

yes cologuard sucks but in this particular case it makes sense if insurance refuses screenings until age 50.

Just curious, Can you not use cologuard after a certain age? Why doesn't everybody do it ?

Having my first one at 40 years old in 2 weeks due to family history. My friend is a local oncologist that said the amount of young people with colon cancer he sees regularly is a scary.

The Varsity Blues movie was really sweet for us junior high football kids getting to watch that movie. Now I feel old.

RIP MOX

Do they recommend everyone get a colonoscopy even if under 45 and no history?

It’s 45 now, has been for a couple of years

But some insurances haven't caught up to this and won't pay until 50. Or at least that was my case.

Damn. Hollywood doesn’t pay like it used to. Divorce from first wife probably hit him hard

I think you can't use it if there is a family history of colon cancer or if you have had polyps.

I just read about it. Should have done that before asking, Cologuard is only good for detecting cancer that you already have but pretty weak for detecting pre-cancerous polyps and obviously it can't remove them like a colonoscopy
