i’m sure latoya will have a press conference shortly saying NOLA stays in phase 2 for 3 more weeks because “we just not there yet”

Yeah it’s pretty irresponsible to announce this and not give specifics as to what phase 3 entails. John bel edwards is so inept this shouldn’t surprise anyone though.

Ok so not phase 3, but my rich friends want things I can’t legally allow in “phase 2” so I’m going to open some things but not others.
