Harrowing stuff. That first video he made explaining his Benzo near-death hell trip was excruciating to watch. It's hard to see anybody suffer at that level. I wasn't quite sure he'd make it and he clearly wasn't.

Which makes it hard to understand Adam Carolla's love for Kimmel. I GET that Jimmy gave him his first real shot and all, but holy frick those two could not be more different. And they're still friends, which makes no sense to me.

I can only imagine it being strained at this point. They refuse to bad mouth one another, but I don’t see them really hanging out much these days. I don’t think Adam has been on Kimmel’s show in years and I think Kimmel simply made a cameo on his podcast at the beginning of the pandemic.

his daughter is a straight up homewrecker. i've heard her a few times and it's mildly interesting, but while i may vote for a serial adulterer, i'm not going to listen to one give life advice on a podcast.

His daughter has a severe degenerative arthritis disease. She has had a hip replacement and multiple joint replacements and is only in her early 20s. Those are the only issues I know of with her. She was married last I heard. Where are you getting this "ho" stuff from?

Carolla also has dameshek on all the time who isnt exactly right leaning.
Maybe he is just able to separate political leanings from friendships. It isnt like they are actually deciding policy.

I’d have problems if my friend was advocating for borderline genocidal positions where he says we should let people he doesn’t like bleed out in a parking lot. I’d end that friendship. I lost a friend during Covid where San Francisco has turned him into a genocidal lunatic. He said when David Dorn was shot and killed by murderous thugs that he should have the wisdom to let them steal shite from a pawn shop and since he was a cop that he enabled white supremacy, so no big loss. He all but called him an Uncle Tom and laughed about it. I realized he was evil at that point and beyond arguing. I ended my friendship with him over that. Jimmy Kimmel is cut from the same cloth and would laugh at anyone he didn’t like dying from Covid. I truly believe that 20% of this country is now genocidal. It’s very frightening times.

Andrew Yang is actually a nice guy and will talk to anyone. I wish the Left was much more like him. They are more in line with Kimmel though.
