Looks like the LA AG is getting involved, hopefully, that will be enough power to knock this stupidity to the ground.

He should continuously log in to his online classes. Make them kick him out.

No, it's not.
It's a "teacher sticking their nose where it doesn't fricking belong" issue.

How do you get suspended from virtual school? Clown show.

This wouldn’t happen if they would open the fricking schools.
Some districts are making the teachers “teach” virtually from empty classrooms.

I get a kid can’t play with toys yet alone wave around a possible gun even in virtual settings. But that wasn’t at all what happened here.
But applying the policy in a way that treats this as a weapon on campus is a total failure of critical thinking in any way. Which is scary coming from educators that would brag about teaching the kids how to critically think.
It’s not even the first story like this we’ve seen wife virtual school started

Also, as I said in the other thread that this happened in, it’s a liability issue.
If it looks like a real gun, or if other kids say “Billy has a gun in his room,” then it gets reported. There’s too much risk involved.
Da fuk?

Teacher lady would have hated my air soft AR-15. I even painted over the orange tip so I would have been expelled forever.
