Some are telling you to find another church. Others say to ditch church.
I don't have any solid advice on either of those avenues, I can only say this is so typical. Just when you need them (church members) the most, this is what humans do most of the time. Especially in church. Sure, not all of them, but the vast majority of them.
Only thing you can do to get their attention (again) is say you're lost (again) and need to be saved (again). Then, they come running (again). But who wants to do all that? They're jerks, so leave those people behind and feel grateful for the ones who did step forward. They understand and are not fakers.
Do remember these are humans, though, not the actual thought process that brought you there. Everyone should be wary, though, most of the patrons will leave you when you need them the most.
That said, this is particularly disturbing, even for the "double-crossers".

I love them more than I could ever begin to put into words. I'm their father, I'm not going to sacrifice the time I have with them to satiate a sexual need or to have time for myself or with friends. I gladly give them my undivided attention and get more joy from teaching them new things, reading to them, playing silly games, or simply seeing their reactions as they watch movies that I enjoyed growing up than I get from anything else in this world. I'm going to make every moment I have with them count. I'm well aware they'll be a day when they no longer want to spend as much time with me; When that day comes I'm confident I will hold nothing against them. I'll cherish the times when they did want me around all the time, be grateful for the moments when they still do, and hopefully be confident in knowing I did the absolute best I could in raising them to be good human beings.

Believe what you want. Read up on any professional advice about raising kids and I'll bet you that 99% of them discuss setting aside time for your own life also. I'm not making this shite up. I'm not that smart when it comes to these things, but I have raised kids.
